How to Order Sheet Material

Shielding Express sheet gasketing material is
identified by a 10-digit part number (6XXX-XXXX-XX).

To order:

1. Using the Selection Guide, fill in the 2nd and 3rd digits to identify the elastomer and its corresponding conductive particle.
2. Use the 4th digit for the product configuration:
      3 Sheet material
      4 Fabricated gasket
3. Select thickness and size from the Sheet Identification Chart below. Replace the 5th and 6th digits with the thickness in decimal inches and the 7th and 8th digits with the sheet size identification number. Do not use metric dimensions to order.
4. Use the 9th and 10th digits to identify Shore A durometer of the elastomer from the Selection Guide. To specify pressure sensitive adhesive, use "1" as the 10th digit.

NOTE: If you are ordering fabricated gaskets, leave the 5th through 8th digits as XXXX. CSI will assign a sequential part number when the design has been finalized.

Example:
To order  Shielding Express NP sheet material, of 40 durometer silicone elastomer, size 15" x 30", .032" thick; order 66830312-40.
If pressure sensitive is required; order 6683-0312-41.
